Xclusive Barbers Shipping and Returns Policy For In-Store or On-line Purchases

U.S. Shipping Destination and Rates

 

U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After orders have been processed for shipment to your chosen destination address, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 2 business days for tracking information to be available.  Xclusive Barbers shipping options include standard shipping through USPS or UPS. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs at a flat rate of $7.99. Xclusive Barbers do not ship outside the United States at this time or to Alaska, or Hawaii.  

 

Returns & Exchange Policy 


 

XCLUSIVE BARBERS WILL ACCEPT All RETURNS OR EXCHANGED ITEMS THAT ARE UNWASHED, UNWORN, AND UNDAMAGED, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED, AND WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR EXCHANGE OF SIZE OR STORE CREDIT. 

 

STORE CREDIT IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR OF DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

 

If you would like to make an exchange for a different size or for another item, then the request must be made and the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. After receiving approval for your exchange or store credit, please package your merchandise in the original package and send it back to the address provided along with the original receipt.  Please be sure to obtain a tracking number with your return to insure proof of delivery.  Store credit or exchanges will be approved within 24 hours after merchandise has been received and inspected. If merchandise has failed inspection after return has been received, return item will be rejected and no store credit or exchange will be issued. Return items that have been rejected will be sent back to the sender in the original order package. Send an email to xclusivebarbers1113@gmail.com for returns or exchanges approval. 

 

If you have received a defective/ damaged merchandise order,  please email xclusive barbers within 24 hours of receiving your item. Store credit or exchange will be given. 

 

"FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR STORE CREDIT OR REFUNDS".  (IN RED COLOR)

 

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to offer a store credit or exchange on rejected-return items, instead of sending them back to you.
